\n\t<\/h4>\n\tTrue Sunshine Preschool has rigorous hiring practices. We recruit from around the world to locate the finest Mandarin- and English-speaking educators and specialty teachers to join our community. To be hired, educators must be devoted to progressive learning while also showing top-level expertise in their area of concentration. Most importantly, they must love working with children and connecting with them as individuals.\n\t

\n\t\tDiana Kong\n\t<\/h3>\n

\n\t\tExecutive Director\n\t<\/h4>\n\t

Diana is in charge of ensuring that the school delivers a high quality program to its students. She has over 20+ years of experience in various educational capacities. Previously she was the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Yu Ming Charter School in Oakland. Prior to that she was the Academic Director at International School of the Peninsula in Palo Alto. Her experience working in education extends beyond her work in the Bay Area. She has also worked in Moraga at the Saklan School, where she was the Director of Early Childhood Education, and she was an administrator and taught ESL students of various ages in Taiwan.<\/p>\n

Diana has a B.S. in Child Development and Family Studies from Purdue University, in addition to having an M.A. in Educational Leadership and M.S. in Educational Psychology. Currently, she is finishing her Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University. In her spare time, Diana loves to cook and watch Chinese \/ Korean dramas and Marvel television series \/ movies.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Wendy

\n\t\tWendy Wu\n\t<\/h3>\n

\n\t\tEducation Coordinator\n\t<\/h4>\n\t

Wendy is the Educational Coordinator at True Sunshine Preschool Center since July of 2017. She has been with TSPC for more than 10 years and held multiple leadership positions. Before her time at True Sunshine, Wendy worked as an infant and toddler teacher while she was earning her BA in Early Childhood Education at SFSU. Wendy has been in the Early Childhood Profession since she was in high school.<\/p>\n

Wendy is originally from HK and immigrated to America with her parents and sisters in 1991. For leisure, Wendy likes to watch HK drama, Grey\u2019s anatomy and shows from the Hallmark Channel. She also enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews on the weekends.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Susanna

\n\t\tSusanna Loo\n\t<\/h3>\n

\n\t\tProgram Assistant\n\t<\/h4>\n\t

Susanna is the Program Assistant at True Sunshine. Before working at True Sunshine she worked in the education field for an organization that raised funds for small private colleges. She has also worked at other non-profit organizations such as Asian Inc. and Magic Theatre. When she is able to take some time off she enjoys travelling.<\/p>\n\t

Doris is currently enrolled in City College of San Francisco, majoring in Child Development. She joined True Sunshine Preschool in May 2017 and has been practicing her life-long passion of teaching children. Prior to this, Doris had various experiences working in child education and care across various capacities. She is a strong believer that patience and nurturing is two of the most important elements in caring for children. She is a very adventurous person and in her free time, loves to travel to different places. She also enjoys learning about different cultures and local cuisines.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"BaoWen

\n\t\tBaoWen Deng\n\t<\/h3>\n

\n\t\tTeacher Assistant\n\t<\/h4>\n\t

BaoWen has been teaching at True Sunshine since 2007 and is currently a Teacher Assistant in the Dragonfly Class. She learned English and took Child Development courses at SFSU. Currently, she has a Teacher Assistant permit. Besides work, BaoWen enjoys watching the news, and many different kinds of shows (like documentaries, cultural, health related, traveling, etc.). She is also an avid listener of Chinese folk and children songs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"MeiYi

\n\t\tMei Yi Hu\n\t<\/h3>\n

Mei Yi graduated from San Francisco State University with both a BA and an MA degree in Chinese. After graduating, she began her Child Development studies at City College of San Francisco. She received her site supervisor permit and worked as a substitute teacher across various preschools in San Francisco. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, taking photographs, watching drama, and trying different cuisines.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Amy

\n\t\tAmy Li\n\t<\/h3>\n

\n\t\tTeacher Assistant\n\t<\/h4>\n\t

Amy is a teacher assistant and is responsible for coordinating nutritional meals. Before working at True Sunshine Center, she worked as a nanny for two infants. She likes to sing songs and play games with the children. In her free times, she enjoys watching TV and news, shopping and making origami.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Julie

\n\t\tJulie Lu\n\t<\/h3>\n

Julie has been teaching at True Sunshine since 2007 and initially started her career here as a substitute teacher. She is accredited with a\u00a0Site Supervisor permit and an Associate\u2019s degree. Julie loves to help children develop their unique skills and interacts with the classroom via songs, reading books and art activities. In her free time, she loves to travel with her family and enjoy shopping and eating.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"QiMing

\n\t\tQi Ming Yuan\n\t<\/h3>\n

Qi Ming is currently pursuing an AA degree at City College of San Francisco and\u00a0has a Site Supervisor permit. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for 5 years. She is the proud parent of a child. She enjoys working with children not only because they help her keep a young heart, but also because she learns some of the most important things in life from them including sharing, loving, caring, and being respectful. Outside of work, Qi Ming enjoys travelling, cooking, reading, and shopping.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Amy

Amy graduated from UC Davis with a double major in Human Development and Chinese. After graduating, she worked as a Preschool Teacher in the Marina District. She also has worked as a Legal Assistant in downtown San Francisco prior to becoming a Regular English Teacher at True Sunshine. She currently has a Teacher Permit.\u00a0She has always enjoyed working with children and hopes to make a positive impact in their lives.
