Annie

Annie Chin

President

Annie is a Paralegal at Watson & Machado LLP, a law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business law. She had been working at the firm’s San Francisco office for many years and has recently moved to its Menlo Park office. She has been a board member at True Sunshine initially as a parent's representative and is now a community representative. She enjoys helping her family with school pickups and driving to soccer and baseball practice.

Addie

Addie Bjornsen

Vice President

Addie Bjornsen works as a Medical Research Analyst at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California. She is responsible for facilitating the collection of workers' compensation data from insurers and third parties so that it can be used in research studies. Addie joined True Sunshine's board when her son Oliver attended the preschool and she continues to serve as Vice President and a community member.

Larry

Larry Loo

Treasurer

Larry Loo is an entrepreneurial and versatile managed care executive with nearly 20 years of experience in small regional start-up to large national health plans. As an unassuming leader focused on delivering results to stakeholders, Larry possesses the unique ability to breakdown traditional health plan barriers and creatively implement complex programs with short turnaround times. Currently, Larry is in a senior management role at Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP), health plan subsidiary of Chinese Hospital, accountable for Business Development & Operations. Larry graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University and has a MPH degree from Columbia University.

Myrtle

Myrto Koimtzoglou

Secretary

Myrto is an in house Investment Management regulatory Risk and Compliance specialist and an EU Lawyer at Wells Fargo Asset Management in San Francisco. She is responsible for leading and coordinating the organizational efforts to ensure compliance of the operations of Wells Fargo Asset Management International. She has extensive knowledge and experience in investment funds and investment solutions for institutional clients specifically focusing on advising on the structuring and distributing funds on a cross border basis globally. Myrto has a master’s degree in Banking Law from London School of Economics and is passionate about volunteering for the children and offering pro bono services for the community.

Charles

Charles Jung

Board Member

Charles is a research analyst at Cohen Capital Management, an investment adviser in San Francisco. He is responsible for leading investment due diligence across a range of asset classes. He has extensive knowledge in business strategy, corporate governance, financial analysis, valuation and modeling. Charles graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.A. in Finance and has passed all three levels of the CFA Program. He is passionate in advancing youth education within the community.

Ivane Tat

Board Member

Ivane is a Vice President and Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, where she is a Commercial Real Estate lender in San Francisco. She has been at Wells Fargo for over 10 years after graduating with a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in German from UC Berkeley. Aside from being a full time working mom, serving on the Board and Parent Advisory Committee of True Sunshine, Ivane is also on the board of the San Francisco Asian Women’s Shelter and has been a volunteer there since 2009. Ivane is a San Francisco native and loves raising her family here. Her son currently attends True Sunshine.
